Fraxel Dual® is a non-ablative, fractionated laser that treats the skin’s underlying layer without harming the surface, triggering natural collagen and elastin production to create firmer, more youthful skin. A series of Fraxel Dual® laser treatments can improve tone, texture, and radiance in aging, scarred, or sun-damaged skin. 

The Fraxel Dual® laser softens fine lines, smooths skin texture, balances uneven skin tone, heals traumatic scars (from surgery, injury, etc.), treats actinic keratosis (pre-cancers), reduces acne scars, diminishes age/sun spots, minimizes stretch marks, and improves overall appearance.

Fraxel Dual® resurfaces the skin for a more youthful, tighter, and brighter complexion, as well as improves surface scarring. This treatment targets damaged skin with microscopic laser columns that penetrate deeply to stimulate the body’s natural wound-healing response and expedite collagen remodeling. As the laser treats only a fraction of tissue at a time, it leaves the surrounding skin intact, which promotes rapid healing. During the treatment patients will feel a sensation of heat. However, to minimize discomfort, a topical anesthetic is applied in advance, and cold air is circulated in the treatment area.
